I’m Staci Krupinsky, a South Florida Real Estate Advisor with Lokation Real Estate and the Taylor Group. I bring more than 25 years of experience as a business owner, insurance agency owner, executive coach, consultant, and senior business executive to every client relationship.

I chose real estate because I wanted the opportunity to make a meaningful impact one-on-one, helping people through some of life’s biggest transitions and providing the trusted guidance, strategy, and advocacy they deserve during one of the most important decisions they will make.

Throughout my career, I have built my reputation by helping people and organizations navigate complexity, make critical decisions, negotiate important agreements, and achieve measurable results. My experience in executive leadership, human resources, business strategy, and coaching has shaped me into a thoughtful advisor, strong communicator, and skilled negotiator.

My corporate background gives my clients a unique advantage. For decades, I was trusted with high-stakes conversations, complex negotiations, strategic decisions, and situations where preparation and execution mattered.

Experience That Extends Beyond Real Estate

My background includes extensive experience in business ownership, financial services, and risk management. I have held securities registrations including Series 6 and Series 63, along with insurance licenses in life, health, and property & casualty.

This experience has strengthened my understanding of financial decision-making, asset protection, evaluating risk, and helping clients make informed choices when navigating significant investments.

I also hold the SHRM-SCP designation, along with both a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree, reflecting my commitment to professional excellence, strategic thinking, and continuous learning.

Understanding Relocation Because I’ve Lived It

Originally from New Jersey, I have personally relocated multiple times throughout my life and career. I understand that moving is about much more than finding a house, it is about finding the right community, lifestyle, connections, and place to call home.

My daughters and I made a thoughtful decision to build our lives together in South Florida, closer to my parents and extended family. Choosing this area was intentional, and it has given me an even deeper appreciation for the communities, opportunities, and lifestyle that make South Florida such a special place to live.

Because I have experienced relocation firsthand, I understand both the excitement and challenges that come with starting a new chapter. I am passionate about helping others find not just a property, but a place where they can truly feel at home.
